We are an interuniversity and interfaculty cooperation platform of universities and universities of applied sciences in Vienna: TU Wien, FH Campus Wien, FH Technikum Wien and the University of Vienna.
We, the Center for Technology & Society, stand for inter-university cooperation in research, teaching and exchange with society and business. Our social responsibility includes knowledge and technology transfer as well as support for further training and lifelong learning.
We realise inter- and transdisciplinary cooperations on issues of technical and social challenges (e.g., climate crisis, digital transformation, demographic change) with the involvement of non-academic actors. These questions concern the interface between technology development and social responsibility.
We support researchers, students and further actors who are interested in cooperation, innovation and interconnected research through networking skills, coordination work, participatory approaches and critical thinking.
