After five intense days, the Summer School 2023 on “Sustainable Futures”, co-hosted by TU Austria and the Center for Technology-driven Social Innovation (CTSi), came to an end last Friday. The following review looks at the event from a student’s perspective.

A year ago was the culmination of intensive planning and preparation between CTSi and AK Wien: the three-day “Hackathon of the Many” took place at TUtheSky at TU Wien. It was the ideal combination of social competences and technical know-how with the goal of digital justice!

This year’s TU Austria (TUA) Summer School has been held together with the Center for Technology-driven Social Innovation (CTSi). This Summer School 2023 for pre-docs took place under the theme “Sustainable Futures”.

One year ago, the extremely exciting, multi-disciplinary content session “The (R)evolution of Socio-Technical Hybrids” took place at the European Forum Alpbach 2022.
